At KARV COLLECTIF, we process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please review our cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

• To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at hello@karvcollectif.com with your order number.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If your cancellation request is approved before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after cancellation approval.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:

• Orders that have already been shipped

• Orders marked as Final Sale
